Our Commitment

DocTayo is committed to making doctayo.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines and treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

What We've Built In

Across the site we use semantic HTML landmarks, visible keyboard focus states, skip-to-content links, descriptive link text, form labels, and sufficient color contrast in our navy-and-gold design system. We continue to review and improve these as the site grows.

Known Limitations

Some older pages or third-party embedded content (such as payment checkout, provided by Stripe) may not fully meet every accessibility guideline, since that experience is controlled by the third-party provider rather than DocTayo directly. We're working through the site systematically to close gaps.
